What are my startup costs?
There are no startup costs! In fact there are no costs at all! CURE Recycling will help you set up, collect, and ship empty inkjets and cell phones you and your patrons would otherwise throw away.
Could you send me information about your program by mail?
All the information you need to get started recycling is right here! We have several links to CURE , plus you can download recycling support materials from this web site and get your recycling program started today!
Do you recycle all printer cartridges and cell phones?
Some ink cartidges and cell phones are recyclable, some aren't. Note that we prefer undamaged "virgin" cartridges, which are cartridges which have never been recycled. They're easy to identify. Most Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) like Hewlett Packard, Lexmark, or Dell place their name directly on the cartridge.

We'll collect any cell phone, but not all cell phones have value.
Do you sell re-manufactured inkjet cartridges or cell phones?
CURE Recycling is not a vendor interested in selling you office supplies. Our only business is helping CURE Childhood Cancer through our recycling program. Ongoing participation will benefit CURE, the environment, as well as your organization.
Do you have any tips on handling and packing cartridges?
Inkjet cartridges are fragile. They should be handled carefully to prevent damage. Care should be taken in packing them neatly and securely. The flex tape with micro-circuitry of each cartridge should not be in contact with others being shipped.
How do we get cartridges and cell phones to you?
Carefully pack inkjets and cell phones for shipping, and call FedEx at 1(800)GoFedEx...1(800)463-3339. Please remember to include your return address! Larger shipments of multiple containers should be packed on pallets and shrink-wrapped.
If we use CURE Recycling as a fundraiser, when do we get paid?
Unlike some recycling programs that pay fundraisers quarterly, we make payments for inkjets within a week of receipt!
